Thank you for choosing The Kenko Foods. We are committed to delivering your favourite health snacks quickly, safely, and efficiently across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to most serviceable pin codes through trusted delivery partners. If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be notified before or during the checkout process.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary by location:

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal COD fee of ₹50 may apply regardless of order value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your order’s journey until delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. If the delivery fails despite multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. For re-delivery, additional charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged, with missing items, or contains the wrong product, please:

Take clear photos of the parcel and products.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Change of Shipping Address
If you wish to update the delivery address after placing the order, please contact us at care@thekenkofoods.com or 097266 57775 as soon as possible. Address updates may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
