Return and Cancellation Policy
At The Kenko Foods, we take great care in delivering high-quality, wholesome products to our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help in case of any issues.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at care@thekenkofoods.com or contact us at +91 97266 57775.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Return & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of taste. However, if your product is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, we offer a full replacement at no extra cost.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase and supporting images/video must be shared at care@thekenkofoods.com.
Once validated by our support team, a replacement will be dispatched promptly. In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are opened, used, or tampered with
- Items purchased on sale, with discount coupons, or as part of promotional offers
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return or exchange
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days after the returned product is received and verified. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. For COD or offline orders, a refund may be issued via electronic transfer upon confirmation.
Important Notes
- The Kenko Foods reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- We may cancel orders at our sole discretion in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
